Commute to Bellaire

Tomorrow morning I have to be in Bellaire for work and I am thinking about riding my bike.  I am trying to plan my route but I couldn't find my City of Houston Bikeways map.

The online version will work just as well though.

Looks like it isn't such a good idea.  There are very few bike lanes between home and Bellaire.  Google Maps confirms that assumption.  I would have to travel most of the way on non-bike lane streets with heavy traffic.  The section from Harwin going eastward seems particularly dangerous.

I am going to have to think very heavily about this one.
